Brian has been Nancy’s right-hand man for over 19 years. His responsibilities include organizing Nancy’s schedule, monitoring showings, accessing information for prospective buyers/sellers and providing an all-around cheerful aspect to paperwork. When Brian can pull away from the computer, he is sure to be found on the telephone keeping in touch with Nancy’s many clients, corresponding with other agents or answering the numerous questions that are a part of Real Estate. Brian’s cheerful good humor always brings an atmosphere of optimism to the office; Brian’s day is never complete without the attention and dedication provided to Nancy’s clients.

Brendan recently joined Nancy’s team at Keller Williams Ottawa Realty as a web marketing and print media specialist. Presently completing his third year in Honours Economics/Finance at Carleton University, this degree will provide a basis for residential and commercial real estate analysis to assist the team in forecasting market trends. For the past two years Brendan has been working in the financial sector with Devries Financial Group, where he mastered the skills of data entry, designing marketing campaigns, consulting on website layout and structure, as well as database management. Brendan aspires to establish his own commercial property development firm, where he can implement his knowledge of financial market modelling as it applies to Real Estate Development. When he is not at Carleton or working in Nancy’s office, Brendan is working towards obtaining his private pilot’s license, occasionally hunting and fishing and playing music venues in the Byward Market with his band “The Johnny Bowes Trio” as a bass guitarist and keyboard player.
